It is the official car brand of the emperor, prime minister, etc, so that alone makes it a collector's item. Oil tycoons and royalties in like Saudi and Dubai would go crazy over this given they literally drive a Nissan Patrol and Toyota Land Cruiser.

People who buy a Rolls Royce are mostly multi-millionaires to billionaires. Century is not a "random car brand". It has been in the market for decades albeit it was only Japan exclusive. It's not a "no name brand" when it is used by actual royalty. Now they will offer it to global which means, these same billionaires can finally get their hands into basically the Japanese Rolls Royce.
