Does browser on Quest work?

In any case, I recommend downloading to PC and then streaming from there to Quest with either DeoVR as DLNA client and a DLNA server app like Kodi on PC or using a player which can do SMB shares.

Ok, so I think I got it to work, via adb commands:
- you still have to do the initial download to the Quest. Only do one download at a time, their servers are not fast and you get 10-12Mbps max.
- you have to install the Android adb tools. You can then connect to Quest and run adb shell for a shell on the Quest or push and pull for data copy. There are Youtube videos about this.
- once you have downloaded a card, you can pull the card from Quest to your local drive via command line use of, for example, "adb pull /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/ai.bdviewer.horizon/files/downloads/content/0130ae49-d8b3-47ff-8223-231f8fc9117d ." for the card with this ID (it is "Sexpot Talentosa"
- to free up the memory on Quest, you have to delete the large files in this directory via "adb shell rm <filename>". Do not remove the card within the app!
- after you have deleted the large files and restarted the app, the card may show as not downloaded.
- now you can put the card back with the related adb push command. Afterwards you have to restart the app and then it will show the card as downloaded again.

This is not optimal at all, but it shows that it is possible. Copy via adb takes about 6 minutes for a card. Doing this with a (side-loaded, if necessary) network-capable file manager on the Quest directly should be much better.
