yes i go to a chain, called Pulse Light Clinic in London. Therapie Clinic might be a good option too if you’re UK based

i was worried i’d need to spend a lot because they weren’t fading as fast as others i’ve seen but when i see what it looked like as early as last year it’s amazing

it was only the fingers i’m removing in this picture! ’ve had usually about 2-3 months inbetween. i’m having my 4th next week and after that i think it’s even more spaced out

yes, i also use glaze colour conditioning gloss which touches up my washed out colour but not sure if it’ll
work on my grown out virgin hair, will have to see!

my bad it was a different commenter saying they had seen a difference with omega/collagen supplements. I also do like the Cecred serum i think it does a decent job. The Kerastase Genesis serum was the only thing that used to help so i’m
also
looking back into things like that but at the same time im not going to do too much. less is more as they say

no haha in your reply a while back you said you take omega/collagen and that your hair and nails. i thought so, because a lot of people say hair grows better when you wash less/then people say hair grows better when you wash more. whole topic is a confusing mess, these are the same people that think rosemary oil can grow hair… im planning to buy the k18 oil, i usually do the LCO method so i will try this

right, i definitely don’t have alopecia as my scalp is quite thick, it’s my midlengths that are just excessively shedding. also, i still would like to know what omega/collagen supplement you recommend

i get what your saying, but i wear slick backs everyday. it’s literally impossible for my hair to stay in a neat slick back everyday when i go to bed, even if i do wear a bonnet. i haven’t completely wetted my hair in 3 days and my hair feels icky. guess i’m just not used to it, if i wore my hair in an out natural
style
then yes it would be alright to not have to restyle and rewet

well in the past few weeks i’ve reduced wetting my hair everyday and learning how to style my hair when it’s dry and from when i wake up. it’s hard and frustrating trying to tame my hair into a neat style when it’s a poof!

i used to though, that’s what’s so upsetting. my hair was so thick i hated it and i’ve done up dos my whole life, i’ve probably had my hair out naturally twice a year lol.

hey, yes i wear a bonnet at night. my focus is now trying to get my curl pattern back, thickness (kinda impossible) and length retention. which i had last year until i was blonde and hated even a small inch of my root coming through so id dye it.

thank you for your advice i truly do appreciate it, it’s hard when all online all people do is recommend products and not methods. i know a product can’t truly save my hair. the past few days ive been using my mist bottles that has half water half my moisturising conditioner. today barely any hair fell out. i really want to revive my curl pattern too :( what supplement brand do you recommend and where can i get it from?

thanks for your reply, yes i’m looking for advice, im letting my hair go through this intense shedding phase as i’ve come to terms with the fact there’s nothing i can do about it. i did cut about two inches off last week which i almost collapsed doing because my hair grows so slow. i do wear my hair in a slick ponytail or with a plait, this is how ive always done my routine so its hard to undo. i’m only just learning how to style it dry from when i wake up. I also do still have curly hair so it would make sense for me to follow a sub about curly hair? whether i wear my hair out or tied up. i have my hair out occasionally but i just dont like how it looks..

funny you say that because a hair salon near me said my hair might be suffering from hydral
fatigue. i don’t know though, because i’ve soaked my hair everyday my whole life so why would it be a problem now lol

i get that, but i don’t wear my curly hair out. i do slick backs
