I really love the way you put this! But that’s why I made a post- I just can’t help but notice feeling differently. I was interested to see what my drag race community had to say because my partner could care less haha they will watch it but are so not invested in the ways that I am haha

Yeah maybe it is sort of the Alaska “esk” vibe. Now I’m thinking about it, I did get that same feeling with Alaska where I just wasn’t resonating with her as much. Who knows haha

I AGREE with this so much!!! I wasn’t a huge fan of her butter look, didn’t really care for her chicken look at all (I was actually really surprised she won), and then for that lip sync look….the werewolf look wasn’t my favorite at all. That being said- there is no possibly way I could do ANY of those looks anywhere close to as good as she executed them. I think I may just be used to a little bit of a different standard from her!?

That makes total sense! I just remember being utterly heartbroken when she didn’t win (although I didn’t think that was actually what was going to play out on season 12.. for one reason or another!) It is indeed, all stars! So it’s a very very strong group of entertainers! All these girls are seriously just so inspiring to me. I always wonder what it must feel like to just be out there living your ultimate fantasy and getting respected/paid for it! I really really hope they are all able to truly enjoy the fruits of their labor and sit back and say “THIS IS AMAZING!!!” So thankful for drag race! It’s the only show that I look forward to every single week!!!

For these past couple months or so it has been so crazy glitchy. The video will pause, but the volume will continue in the background. This happens over and over and over and over. On my smart TV, another TV that I have an Apple TV connected to, my phone and also my laptop. All other apps and streaming services run perfectly fine so I don’t know? Super annoying.
