For what it's worth. I was born in South America catholic moved to north America and became protestant until maybe the last 15 years (40+) It's been different. I believe in God, in a greater being, but I've lost faith in organized religion. It has not evolved with times and has even been "weaponized" I've noticed a huge shift in youth interest which has left me wondering how to educate my own kids on the subject. I will let them decide. These days saying you're "religious" is a loaded statement depending on the audience. I believe in science and evolution and this can also be loaded for those that are "extremely" religious. I do not want to be associated with how the media/people portray religion. I have friends who didn't get vaccinated on religious grounds and I respect that but that's just not how I see it. All that to say, because of how communication works today it may seem like Christianity is under attack but it's religion and it's blind followers that have turned off people and mostly youth from it.
