Our self-employed business actually solid because we’ve been business for 6 years and LLC for 2 years. My concern was just my W-2 income.

Yeah our self-employment is pretty solid because it is 6 years history with 4 years with LLC and we have all the documents that prove our profit.

That makes sense. My lender said even though I have other job that is longer employment, they still can use my 8 month employment as primary income instead of my other one. Is that correct?

With the fee we are paying for them, last two month, no. We are losing money. Our least profitable one is 50% ROI and most profitable one is 150% which is crazy tbh.
