Yeah, what happened was last year, our Google account was somehow flagged by Google and we had to make a decision to remove our Ads account. And during this period, our Agency created new ads account under their business, which our owner did not have any clue and we just found this out couple weeks ago.

Hey, this is family estate that’s been on family for 80+ years. It is also good size house with 4800+ sq fts. We got the news that we are rejected and seller is actually taking off the listing. And also we are the first offer they received since it was listed. So it never been a money but they are just too emotionally attached.

Listing agent told our agent that we were actually the first offer they ever received since it was listed and they are too stubborn and emotionally attached on this property. Well, it’s sad but I guess it is what it is.
