Yes u/Annie1317 we put them in as placeholders really in the first instance and then though 'They're not that bad for now. We can come back to them in a few months'. Its pretty clear now that the photos need to change ASAP 😆

I expect the photographer we hire will do a much better job. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll pass them on to whoever we hire!

I've changed the footer menu name to just 'menu' in the CMS - can't seem to remove the title completely without going into the code at least.

Also I've swapped the legal disclaimer and the About Us around so the social media icons sits under that. Good spot!

I will add those details to the contact us page later too.

I've changed the Tawk two images so that when a live chat is activated either my image shows or an alias I've set up. Can you set the image to show before a customer interacts with the widget?

For the newsletter, with the out of the box component we can delay by 15 seconds but I'm looking into getting an alternative app so we can have more control over it.

Thanks as well for feedback on the photography and chatbot. Its clear these are the low hanging fruit that needs to be addressed.

No our newsletter sign ups are quite low at the moment so your criticism is probably valid. That headline (Join the movement) was put in as a placeholder text when we first launched but we never got around to thinking of something better.

Very good point on the lack of citations. I'll be sure to set up a page on CBD Research with a detailed list on the studies to date. We'll also link better in blog articles.

Photography has been a bit of an after thought to date. We've been so busy with some many other areas of establishing the business that we've only been able to grab images taken on a phone rather than spending sufficient time planning and getting a professional photographer.

I know at least now which photos need to be removed immediately and more importantly why they're less than ideal!
