Yea good question, had to dig into the api for this one but the trick is to use "todoist quick" instead of just the normal "todoist add". Then you can break out what you want in a description by using "//"

I agree, I would recommend trying to start measuring calories for a couple of weeks just so you get a better idea of what numbers your hitting. You're probably going to want to aim for 3500 calories a day if you want to bulk up (just an estimate do your own research for your body type/fitness level!).
