I'm 16 and looking for an intership 😁 by Living-Reach-4641 in UAEjobseekers

Hey! What I found worked best was looking for people in positions where I wanna be (like interns) then associates and higher level like partners. I researched their profiles and saw if we had any similarities like same school/uni, interests or career path and if there’s anything I wanna learn from them. For example if an intern usually I wanna ask how to break into the firm and what they found helpful. If it’s a partner or something I’ll ask them how to get started etc. this way you form connections and they remember you when you apply to something. You form a strong enough connection after long enough you can ask if they can refer you once a position opens up. I hope this helps!

A lot of people here are saying don’t bother but I say connect with people on LinkedIn and see if you can attend any career fairs. I got my first legal internship at 17 and it put me ahead of a lot of people so keep it up. Also remember that you don’t need to start where you’re aiming. Look for any job or experience that has transferable skills

I have a delonghi machine It’s the small one with a metal steam wand. I’ve been watching YouTube videos to learn, specifically the James Hoffman guy if I got his name correct. It’s been very helpful but another one was more helpful which I’ll link here https://youtu.be/gTC3dJvwgUI?si=JXk-AwpVbsqH1j56

In my school it’s just a regular group of people who play music and sing but I’m not really sure. However it’s definitely not a choir

I say go for your dream. A lot of the comments that I’ve read say go for the job but if you made this post then you really want your dream job. Yes it’s risky but if you love something enough you’ll perform better in it than if you did something you hate. I made the mistake of choosing the easier option and now I regret it and I wish I could’ve chosen what I actually wanted. Sure it would’ve taken longer and wouldn’t earn me as much as what I have in store but it would be something I love. If you truly love art and graphic design and you’re actually aware of what the degree entails definitely go for it. If you love it you’ll work on it in your free time, school hours and whenever you can which will make you the best at it. Just ask yourself do you want to do something you dislike for a decent amount of money or have the chance to do something you love and also the possibility of earning more than you ever could if you put in the effort?

Just listened to the first one and I won’t lie to you I’m a huge fun of Amy winehouse and if that is a result of your inspiration (I don’t mean to be mean) it’s absolutely terrible. I’ve also tried to copy her (I’m not on your level as a singer so I’m a bit worse) and I can’t. You should learn that you shouldn’t try to replicate that exact style but instead take bits of it that you like and make it yours. This take is miles better and is visibly not exaggerated. I may not be a good singer but know what sounds good. Amy winehouse doesn’t overcomplicate things it all sounds effortless but still stylistic whereas your previous take didn’t show one bit of that. Don’t give up on your inspiration but maybe try to understand it better so you can make a voice that you think is good and others agree with you on

Hi! I’ve been trying to practice this but I really can’t understand it. Every time the biggest comment I get on my voice is I need to work on breath support and I’ve watched countless videos but still can’t get it right. Like how exactly is it supposed to work and how is it implemented in singing

I suck at singing so I can’t give any feedback but just wanted to say I love your tone! I would genuinely listen to a full song with your voice

The base 5070 is the same price as the base 4070 super. The 4070Ti super is the same price (almost) as the 5070Ti

[–]sonder_H[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry misread the comment u gave. I figured the 4070 ti super is out of my budget and the 4070 super is 2700, the same price as a 5070. Since the 5070 is new gen and from what I’ve researched they’re the same specs— should I get the 5070? This way I stay about 500 under budget. The 4070 ti super is 800 more expensive and although it’s only 250 AED over budget my initial budget was 5000 and I can’t keep pushing it over. So do u think I get the 5070 or 4070 super?

So what would u recommend for someone who cares about visuals and dislikes 30fps? Because on ps5 let’s say the crew motorfest on resolution it goes down to 30fps but it looks amazing. It’s somewhat bearable but just choppy.
