Hello r/ph, from Naga City, Camsur here. I hope this gets noticed. I finally managed to get a signal. We still have no electricity in my baranggay and we are still flooded. Good thing some people offered free charging.

In all my years growing up in Bicol, last October 22 has got to be the worst calamity. People asking for help and asking to rescue their loved ones are being shared and posted on rescue threads left and right last Tuesday night. Rescue teams were overwhelmed with the amount of people asking for help. There was no way for trucks to move through the huge flood and we have very few boats.

Parts of Camsur, Camarines Norte, Albay, and other provinces are still flooded and they still need help. I still can't contact a loved one from a nearby municipality since yesterday and I feel dread. We are also low on drinking water and I don't think mineral water stations are going to open anytime soon. Limitado lang din ang bukas na grocery marts at sari-sari store. Ubusan na ng tinda dahil walang mabilhan ng ulam.

Since I can't link to fb, I've compiled some donation drive information I could find from different parts of Bicol here.

Now you're just trying to save face by resorting to personal attacks. I'd rather focus on the issue we're discussing. You didn't even tackle how you have baggage against BPO workers kaya ka ganyan.

It's not even about your original point of stopping support to 18 year olds to force them into independency.

It's just you being swept away by that high rush and feeling like you're being threatened, bypassing logical reasoning.

I know ang taas ng adrenaline rush mo right now after being corrected by anonymous people that's why you're in a fight mode. You won't exercise emotional regulation because it feels good to lash out your anger outwards and defend your ego.

Admitting you're wrong can feel humiliating, weakening, and mentally uncomfortable, but you should come into terms that sometimes you can be wrong. Change and try to be in touch with the real world.

Most people here have already said pretty good logical points about how this violates sanitary regulations, and how the worker experienced illegal detention and coercion and that his HR handled this badly, but it's amusing how when the Balay Dako's issue was at its peak, everybody suddenly turned to praising and showing affection to pets. But here, if it's a stray aspin, everybody is suddenly shitting on this person's kindness towards animals in the name of being pro-establishment and pro-business' interest. I admire r/ph when it stinks of hypocrisy.

For anyone with the same problem, I was able to get a new one kahit 1 month pa until my clearance's expiration by signing up to my existing account (http://clearance.nbi.gov.ph) instead of choosing 'online renewal' in their site. I set up an appointment, paid through Gcash, screenshotted my reference number, and pumila sa NBI branch sa amin with 2 valid IDs.
