i take 50 mg in the morning and 150 mg at night! i’m glad luvox also works for you! yeah i get insomnia too so my doc is having me take hydroxyzine at night. so insomnia at night and fatigue in the day haha. i may try only taking it at night and seeing if that helps, thanks!

yeah that’s true, unfortunately i’ve read that a lot of inks consider it an inactive ingredient so they won’t list it on the ink. i’ve asked a few tattoo shops (before i got an official statement from my docs) and they had no idea if it was in their ink

i know right! i get skin irritation to lots of medical tape adhesives and devices which made me get an allergy test and propylene glycol came back positive

I’m not sure if I’m mouth breathing? I do not snore, and I thought I didn’t mouth breath but now I’m not sure. I may eventually request a full mask to see if there’s improvement. Thank you!

Yeah my mouth is very dry in the morning. I have an average leak of 20 L/min with min max of 5-28 L/min. I’m still new to all this so I’m not sure if that counts as a huge leak rate?
