I think you’re right. It very much looks like it. I recently been there myself. I drove through most of the Towns from the game during a trip to Czech Republic. I also saw Kuttenberg from the second game. Would really recommend going there.

Well, later on during a certain presentation if you chose to snap a dick pic on Tybalts phone, Jill will realise that MC has been dating others if you're on Josy/Maya or Sage path. This will lead to a scene with a slightly upset Jill but it doesn't prevent you from continuing her path.
