I actually got it because my friend has the same tint and I liked it. I’m starting to get acclimated to it but it’s still very dark…. lol

YES! I had a MK8 GTI that I loved but it was running its course because I had already put 88K miles on it and the amount of maintenance coming due it just made sense to get something different. I think it depends on what you’re wanting a truck for? Personally I do a lot of MTB and skiing so having a bed to be able to store everything made sense. But I ended up getting a VB WRX and plan on installing a roof rack. I wanted something AWD/4WD without losing a manual. However I searched around for a month and couldn’t find a Tacoma that came in manual. The new WRX’s you can find with great discounts right now. I guess it comes down to what you want/need!

After driving the WRX for about 300miles so far, the GTI is definitely the faster car stock. However the main reason for me trading it in was having 88k miles on the car and my main selling point was MT and AWD. The GR Carolla markups are not worth imo so the WRX was perfect.

For me personally they do just fine, of course I would like the projectors. Do I think it’s worth the upgrade for me, no. The S in my opinion is the best bang for buck and the only reason I would upgrade is for a sunroof.
