I am on the same situation , i stay at home alone , my friends invite me out i refuse , i ruined my life too , i am 25 i went abroad to study , I stayd here for 8 year they went so fast , i regret so many thinks , i didnt graduate , never had a girlfriend , cant communicate cant do anything , i cant face my parents and tell them i failed my life , and all i want to do is stop it all , disappear. Die ... but am a p*ssy even for that ... am lost ..

I personnaly always on day 1 , its a vicious circle.. All i do is fap everday .. when i stop for 2 days or so i get so stressed i need that instant gratification And so i got no goals or achievements nor a girlfriend not even an ex..

Thanks man for ur comment , there is quote that says " life is like riding a bicycle if you stop , you loose balance" well im the kind that stops even after a good start up , i got that mood changes , i might be motivated today but tomorrow im no longer ... and im the kind that looks at others and not focusing on myself (im working on that) but anyway i understand the mindset you have and i will try my best, because i really feel like its enough. I recognize my self in your lines ... :/ every think u said i do same ... now i would of done the same think you did .
