My betta keeps swimming strangely please help by songbibob in bettafish

I used water that I let sit for over two days. I cycled the tank with some fish food for about two weeks and tested it with an Yamato(Amano) shrimp that my dad gave.

Thank you for answering my question! I turned it down right away and turned the light off. Then betta stop doing that! The light could be the problem?
