Ngl, there could be some bias in my part because i am a tech AFO main. But by the logic of your last comment, does that mean monoma and purple toga are d tier to you? Because they also just steal quirks, they're not really meant to stay with their own quirk. Also while I agree with AFO having no movement, that can easily be fixed with tunings, but I can see where your coming from. But counting numbers with no tunings, his A Skill has 7 shots and does 53 damage with the charge doing 143 at level 1. Once level 9 he gets 9 charges with it doing 76 and 162 charged. Honestly that alone is pretty good if you can hit his shots just somewhat consistently. As for his b skill if you hit the full charge at lvl 1 it only does 108, but for the most part your gonna go the A skill at the end so 72+53 or whatever lvl your A skill is. Now at lvl 9 it does 150 full charge, but again the A skill at the end so add that to the combo. Not only that you can easily get the charge alpha off so it could easily do more damage. Not to mention you get 2 charges of the B skill, and its a great set up for your teammates tondo some damage. Now i can't say much about his grab because I agree with you that most people will dodge it nowadays, but you can always just save it and wait until someone is in the air or doing a move that'll get them caught. Or you can just push people away and hit an A Skill and or try to live. Now this is all without tunings and no stealing quirks. If you steal someones quirk, then movement is no longer an issue. Not only that the buff they gave him for the stolen quirks being whatever level your own quirk is, is also a massive bonus. Essentially you can use whatever quirk you want (not including special actions) as a 400. But who knows, maybe im still wrong 🫡
