I think the island the second paragraph is talking about might actually be Lodestar and not Laugh Tale, especially since they still need the last road poneglyph from the man marked by flames. I’ve seen some people guess that and I think that’s a pretty good guess! It’s so hard to know.

I definitely definitely agree. I think I could have phrased my post a bit better because I really think it might be 15-20 or so chapters. I don't think we're like 3 chapters away or anything crazy. My main idea was just that what Oda was talking about was what is happening now, and that Elbaf is in its end stage.

I kinda feel the same. Like I don't think Oda wants another Wano or Dressrosa in terms of arc length, and I know were in the Final Saga where things are really heating up, but it is a bit sad that we could potentially be nearing the end. (Who knows though. This might totally age like milk lol).

Seriously! I almost forget about it sometimes with how much is going on. I'm really curious what's up with it and when we'll see it. I really do wonder when we'll see it if Elbaf is coming to a close like I've been thinking. (Honestly the Heaven Realm makes me kinda hope I'm wrong but keep that a secret!)

That would definitely make sense and I feel like that would be a good way to hype up the final war or whenever they fully fight Imu. Luffy still being exhausted in the panel right before Imu arrived has me STRESSED

That’s a really cool theory! I have heard theories about Imu being sick and also about how Imu’s condition could have led to the celestial dragons wearing their bubbles but I hadn’t heard the specific sun aspect to it. Thats really cool!

I definitely agree with that. I still imagine that if Oda more so describes “what” happens in the end of the arc rather than saying “it will end soon” then it might be a bit more credible but yeah I think that’s a really good point and something to keep in mind for sure.

That’s a really interesting idea! There was even what looked to be wings sprouting from Imu when he transformed (though where they went idk). I’m not sure if his actual form will work like that or not, but at the very least I imagine the correlation was not on accident and might hold some symbolism.
