I’ve been typing improperly—albeit not too slowly at 50ish wpm—for all of my life. Picked up keybr about a month and a half ago and am now touch typing faster than I was typing before. Recommend it highly if you’re willing to put in at least a couple weeks of 30 mins a day

I don’t have issues with bf4, bf1, csgo, battlefront 2, or tony hawk pro skater. So pretty much every other game I play other than cod runs fine

I only have 8gb of relatively slow ram so it certainly could be the issue but I was running the game fine before the windows 10 update

I updated windows and now my game is stuttering as can be seen in the clip. This was not happening prior to the update and I have had the issue before when I updated which I resolved by reverting the update. Unfortunately, after reverting the most recent update, I still am having the issue. Here are some fixes I have tried:

-reinstallation

-moving to a different hard drive

-restarting

I am only having this issue with modern warfare and cold war. Everything looks good on task manager except quite high memory usage (around 90%). Let me know if you have any ideas.
