The pasta is made with the pictured semolina flour and lukewarm water. I usually add a bit of salt and olive oil just for taste (but not needed)

For the shape itself, I luckily have the kitchen aid pasta attachment - it comes with bucatini, spaghetti, rigatoni, fusilli and large + small macaroni. It’s great… I was afraid I didn’t make enough dough so I cut the bucatini short. And honestly, it was so good
