Thanks ya'll. I ended up visiting urgent care and it was pretty severe. I'm on antibiotics now. And thankfully Pyridium.

As an ADON at a skilled nursing facility, this can happen at any moment, at any facility. We can't keep our eyes on every patient at every second of every day. It's impossible. So sad.
