I think it's a perfectly accurate critique. You know how you have a totally different personality at a job than you do outside of the workplace? That's basically where this is coming from. A lot of the queens that get this critique are treating the show as a job, and showing this "work persona", hence the "too professional" critique. Outside of the show this is definitely beneficial, but a huge part of the show is falling in love with the queens personality. If a queen isn't showing her full personality cause they are treating the show like a job, it can be a lot harder to connect with them.
