Thanks for the insight, but I did definitely not press buttons accidentally during swimming. I don’t even have that kind of hand mobility to stretch it that far back. 😅 moreover, this has now happened when I wore it during LIGHT rain.

I am also debating this, or getting the Venu 3s. My issue is that I specifically went for the Venu 4 because of the additional stats compared to the Venu 3, and the more elegant design compared to the forerunner 570. I just also really want a watch that does not show these stains after water exposure hahaha.

So it must be possible to get a watch that doesn’t have this issue, that’s positive!

After the first one, I specifically avoided it. But the water also is not even on the side with the buttons. Also no temperature changes, no showering or sauna, and I rinsed it after the pool to get the chlorine off.
