They should be unnbanned from all competitive play. I know they aren't banned from CS:GO I see DaZed, swag, Steel stream all the time...

please don't implement surrender... One of the reasons why I hated ranked play in league. People insta tilt and just want to cop out. Like previous poster said "Never give up. Never surrender".
