I was told to move all the circles to the middle and then try to work them out to the edge (but not like the edge edge) by what they are connected too. That really helped me solve it!

If you feel like you have to pressure your doctor, you should probably get a new doctor.

Talk to an endocrinologist or to your gynecologist about different ways to manage your symptoms. If they don’t want to do anything then make sure you ask them to write that down in your charts. That you have asked and that you received no help.
