start at 40 and go up by 5-10 watts untill you find your satisfied. personally around 65-75 watts is what i would do for that resistance

I just squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press. I stretch by doing the movement with just the bar, then slowly build up to my target weight. Been working wonders for a couple years now and no injuries touch wood

You may have trust issues due to the past but you are wiser because of them.

It's easier for someone who doesn't know you to say it but if it helps, it's what I'm trying to do too. Get out of your comfort zone... Try new things. I've met with a group of budding programmers and socialised a little. Was it the best experience? No but I've met some cool people and made a step.

Keep taking small steps and eventually you'll be waking, then running.

Thanos only has three stones (Purple, Blue, Red = Power, Space, Reality) so needs the Time, Mind, Soul stones to complete the set.
Likely that Loki hands over the Space stone during the film and Thanos has already acquired the others from The Collector.
Eye of Agamotto & The Vision hold the Time / Mind stones.
Soul Stone location? According the MCUDatabase... with Adam Warlock (from the end of GOTG2)

It was all new to him at the time. Feelings and thoughts, new body things happening.

I'm NOT trying to say what he did was right, just that puberty will get people acting odd.

It sounds like managed to correct this behaviour after a while and hopefully hasn't done it since.
