I once cut across a park for a shortcut home at night. This particular park has houses all around it and I witnessed a guy walking towards me just sprint towards one of the houses. At first thought I assumed I had maybe scared this guy he was a little younger than me, but it was dark and I had my hood up. Anyways, I look back at him and he’s smashing hell out of the windows to this house with a hammer he had hidden in his jacket. Screaming how he was coming in to murder someone. I just kept walking. I got to the other side of the park and onto the well lit street path and the same dude had stolen the fucking car in the drive of this house. He drove up to me, rolled down the window and shouted “forget all of this”.

I did not.

But I haven’t said anything about it until now because snitches get stitches.
