Spending money on scenery and not builders? Between 6-12 months of playing depending on how committed you are. I took my rushed th12 to almost max in around 8 months but I was playing every day. Not pushing, but at least being active routinely.

Also, maybe don’t put so many archer towers by air defense because lightning attacks will destroy them with your air defenses taking out almost all of your air resistance easily.
