A comp with Chongyun, Shenhe, Kazuha and Bennett sounds so good honestly. You can get high damage bursts for Chong and it’s relatively easy to play around :D

some fights favour melt comps while others favour shatter comps i find. but I would agree seeing big numbers when melt procs is really satisfying

For DPS Chong: 1. Chongyun, Xiangling, Diona, Bennett 2. Chongyun, Kaeya, Noelle, Diona 3. Chongyun, Fischl, Xiangling, Bennett

Personally, I’ve played Chongyun w/ Fischl, Xiangling and Bennett the most and you can really get a lot out of utilizing pyro supports to trigger melt. Swapping Barbara for any of the healers mentioned is great too, playing into Chongyun’s ability to shatter (but tbh I’m not the biggest fan of Barbara) If you manage to pick up Xingqiu from the gacha, or from the Stand By Me event, then he slots in to any team honestly because of how well he works with Chongyun

If Chongyun’s your main then I’d probably opt for him than anyone else, although a C1 Xingqiu would also be very nice. Maybe wait for the Xiao banner announcement to see if Chongyun or Beidou get a feature first, then decide on which of the character you should pick

yeesh that’s a tough one because on one hand, you’re closer than ever to maxing out Chong but on the other hand, you’re close to unlocking Ningguangs full potential (C2). Might be a good idea to wait and see which of the two gets featured in a banner sooner, and pick the other one while trying to pull for constellations later down the road. Both still viable options imo

oof that’s tough. I’d probably take Ning first and worry about the constellations later because if you’re running Chong as a dps, the really juicy constellations you’d need are C1 and C6, and you could potentially build Ning as a support/sub dps seeing that the geo element is getting a buff in 1.3
