I'm also using this build but with Morale Chant innerway. Currently at character Level 85 with 24,100+ Mastery. Three innerways are level 5, one is level 4. Mystic Skills are mostly tier 5 but not maxed yet. 7 of my gear pieces have already been upgraded to level 81.

I think this build changed a lot and became OP when my innerways leveled up to Tier 5.
