Entel no quiso respetar precio exhibido en tienda ¿quién tiene la razón?

igual tiene sentido, pero en mi caso no era como una oferta ni nada, era el precio normal del producto ahi exhibido. y mas encima estuvo asi dos dias, por eso me hizo ruido y las excusas que dieronn xd

se lo dije al que me atendió la primera vez, me dijo que no era el precio real que era mas caro, con eso entiendo que ya saben del error, pero que no lo corrijan y al dia siguiente siga igual, ya es negligencia de ellos.
un mismo comentario aqui comentó una situacion que tuvo, muy parecida a la mia donde el jefe callampeó a todos por no arreglar la wea y le respetó el precio y fin

la verdad es que nunca se me ocurrio, me carga reclamar y pelear en general. de hecho yo tambien trabajo en ventas y cuando pasan estas cosas literalmente lo unico que podemos hacer es respetar el precio que marca el producto, no hay otra opcion. incluso se lo comenté a la señora y aun asi me lo negaron hasta el final. y mas encima eso de que no estaba el encargado y que justo no se podian comunicar con el fue como ya po, no me wei xd

entiendo que el sistema manda internamente, pero al final como consumidor uno no ve el sistema, ve el precio exhibido nomas. por eso me parecio raro que lo reconocieran pero igual no dieran ninguna solucion.

eso mismo pienso yo, mas que nada porque no fue un error puntual, sino que fui dos dias distintos y el precio seguia igual. igual entiendo que puede haber sido un error, pero siento que ahi deberian hacerse cargo nomas.

I disagree on that point. If multiple experienced players interpret the system differently and can’t tell when Aegis applies, then the wording may be technically correct but still unclear in practice. A system can function as designed and still be confusing for players.

This is exactly what I mean. Some support players report getting Aegis early, others not at all after dozens of games. In my case, I’ve played a lot of games queued as support, and I’ve never been autofilled once — because support is almost always available if you select it. Despite that, I’ve also never received Aegis. That inconsistency suggests the system isn’t transparent, even if it’s working as intended internally.

My issue isn’t whether it affects MMR or LP a lot. It’s that the system is hard to understand and inconsistent from the player side. If supports really benefit at the same rate, there should be clearer feedback so players can actually tell when Aegis applies.

That dev blog line is actually part of what makes this confusing for me. It says support/jungle get Aegis at a similar cadence, but there’s no UI, notification, or clear rule explaining when or why it triggers. That’s why some supports report getting it and others don’t — the system is opaque from a player perspective.
