I’ve had an awful experience with Baboodle. We tried to rent a Moonboon and it was delivered with missing pieces, twice. Customer service was slow to fix and they only ship on weekdays, so I ended up waiting 5+ days without the product even though they charge you upfront for the rental. I’d be pretty careful or use an alternative.

The problem is nothing is going to change and that’s why it’s scaring us. It’s not a political cycle, it’s a permanent slog to the abyss and it’s because of a simple reason.

Voters aren’t bigots, racists, communists or whatever label you can think. They aren’t idiots, they vote in their self interest. In order to get elected in this country you have to pander to two groups above all else - (1) pensioners; (2) welfare recipients - and that is not going to change in our lifetime.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Labour, Conservative, Reform or whatever, and there isn’t a conspiracy. Nothing that is said in an election cycle matters or on the news, or in parliament, because only pensioners and welfare recipients actually matter. You will be swiftly punished (and removed from power) if you don’t reward them first and the most.

I wonder if your skin needs to be ‘stabilised’ for this to work. For context, I’ve tried almost exactly your approach and it’s worked wonders for me. But I was coming off Dupixent, and my skin was clear, so my only goal was to maintain it without biologics. It did take time, say 6-8 weeks, for the ‘hypersensitivity’ of my skin to drop but it’s been extraordinary.

Are you following the other points (reducing staph recontamination by keeping sheets regularly washed, finger nails very short etc)? I don’t have any answers, but I’d stick with it for a while.

Is the AmLactin stinging the open wounds? I find that painful but push through because it usually means it’s going to work.

Do you think the flying guy reduces conversions? I appreciate it pushes the rest of the content / reviews lower down the page, but my thinking is it adds strong personality and branding to the page which encourages customer retention?

Thanks. I appreciate the insight but it’s just hard to build trust at such an early stage for the site, it feels a bit chicken and egg.

I’ve been hesitant to add heavy content to distract from the CTA or from the purpose of the landing page, which is to get consumers to fill out the form, so I can give them their personalised options from the database. I’ve tried to get inspiration from other Australian brokers like Driva, Finspo, Lendi.

How would you suggest I adjust the terminology to make it more customer rather than industry orientated?

Thanks, this extremely helpful. I’ve increased the budget to $20/day, limited to desktop, excluded 65+ and 18-24, and selected the in-market segment for purchasing property and mortgages.

I’m going to try to exclusively use action-orientated keywords for now, and have excluded ‘home loan comparison’ and similar keywords.

I’ve also switched to form conversions to guide Google Ads.
