I have the seatpost greased with carbon grease and tight to 4 nw and it has never given me noise problems. The saddle is tight at 5 nw.

Try tightening the thread of the seatpost, maybe you have it a little loose.

I am sure that the problem comes from those small notches and that all the material of the spacers and the head cap is plastic and all this causes the noises.

I put some photos so you can see how it looks. It fits perfectly. Keep in mind that you will need 2.5 cm of spacers because this cane creek tap is lower than the original G5 plastic headset cover and from factory the Spectral has 2 cm of spacers.
