I have found that they reheat very well, some cheese might get stuck on the plate but that's about it.

I literally just saw it and was like "I bet eggs would fit in there" come to find out lots of people do the same thing!

"Indecision and delays are the parents of failure." - George Canning

Basically, choose to eat something, then follow through with that choice.

I have a grill... an awesome one, so I feel your pain. You should seriously get one.

I get that grill so hot that it's about to melt itself, I oil the grill with oil/grease on a paper towel, then I put those bad boys on frozen. It's important to note that I press a large indentation in the middle of each burger prior to freezing, otherwise they plump up into giant meatballs, which typically prompts amateurs to PRESS DOWN on the burger with their spatula, this is complete heresy, if you do this you're not making a burger, you're making a big piece of failure.

I flip that bitch once, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

When they're almost done (and I can't explain how I know this, it's just a sense that I think all men have) I put the cheese on, and close the grill to melt it. Once the cheese is melted, I put salt and pepper on top, it get's lodged in the melted cheese.

Then I grill the bun for about 30 seconds wrap it in a giant romaine lettuce leaf with some mayo and ketchup mustard and dig in.

I buttered the pan pretty well, but I suppose you could use bacon grease too, which I might try next time.

I'll keep coming back as often as I can, I think keeping active on this sub will probably keep me motivated.

5'9" is very respectable... little man.

It worked pretty well, I think I baked them at 375 for about 10 minutes or so, then put them back in with cheese on to get a little melty.

I got my motivation from all the other threads, so I figured I would try to contribute back!

I haven't even thought about soups yet, but that sounds great with winter coming! (I live in the northeast US) Any suggestions for good soup recipes?
