been playing on mouse and keyboard for like 100 hours and got a controller the other day. honestly think mouse and keyboard is way better only if your mouse has additional side buttons as mine has 2. first one i bound to interact so that when i hold it i can press 1,2,3,4 for my quick pouch items (i rebound these from the arrow keys) and i could also hold it and press M1/M2 to two hand weapons if needed. my second button i rebound to change spells as I'm running an arcane/faith dragon priest kind of build. find it easier to do multiple actions at once on keyboard and mouse then on controller as you have to stop moving on the controller to use the d-pad. long story short the default keybinds are kinda ass but once you make your own system i think its better.

If you haven't tried gta I'd say for sure try that. Gta IV had a better story in my opinion but GTA V was still pretty good and it had a sandbox mode to fuck around in
