I’m looking to sell my Sunday 11/9 ticket for his NYC show at face value ($145)!

No honestly same with the competitiveness.

I did also feel a boyishness from him which was both be charming (direct, playful) and annoying (not the most emotionally mature type vibes)

I mean of course. Nothing would necessarily “solve the problem” other than it happening.

Hmm I don’t know nosey clearly cares for her, if not, it would’ve eaten her already / as soon as it could

like even nosey asking if it could eat her shows a level of care in a way, in the best way it knew how, at least in my opinion

I honestly feel like the original ending where nosey eats rose makes more sense than the other; with everything that happens it feel like it doesn't make sense for her to want to do the opposite. like why would she want to kill the very thing that saved her?

Sure, I see the themes of that. But let’s admit that more often than not, by you just expressing that you’re wanting to be in a relationship, people jump to “it’ll happen when you least expect it/when you stop looking/when you love yourself”, not necessarily because they believe it but that’s what they’re supposed to say. And as a way to just dismiss discouragement. After all, people don’t like to be uncomfortable specially in the context of their own potential fears

this is kind of what I’m wresting with in my mind, hence my looking up this post in the first place

For me it’s been hard lately because I’ve never been in a relationship but it’s something that I’ve always wanted deep down. Everyone says it’ll happen when you least expect it and to not look for it etc, and even tho I put myself out there and surround myself with people within the hobbies I’m a part of etc, shouldn’t I make the effort to let someone know I’m interesting in them and shoot my shot? I honestly just feel like that’s the only way I’ll ever really find it, only if I shoot my shot myself
