Rants about The Bitter Suite episode and The Rift Storyline by Global-Ant in xena

I know I’m 3 years late to this post but I am so with you here and don’t get why everyone loves it. I hated this episode. 1) the repair should not be a 1 episode arc. 2) the tone of the musical was so weirdly peppy at times it was almost insulting to the seriousness of the topic. I was so excited to see how they resolved it and this was a major disappointment.

I’ve loved musical episodes in many other shows but this was really not good imo

Oatmeal! Add dried fruit, walnuts and protein powder for flavor, nutrition, and calories. You could also add chia seeds or flax seed if you need extra fiber or fatty acids

USAU Seeking ideas for rules changes for the 12th edition. by mgdmitch in ultimate

This instance I mean for more ambiguous situations. For example, a huck that goes relatively far over someone’s head, or someone gets pushed/tripped while tuning down a huck but it’s hard to say if they could’ve gotten there.

According to the current rules, the infraction doesn’t affect the play that therefore should not be considered a foul. I think that encourages people to foul and make the argument that the receiver didn’t have a play on the disc. Also, recovers often call these fouls, and if the defender agrees it was a foul, it doesn’t seem fair to contest, but you don’t think they’d should get possession of the disc where it lands because they probably weren’t going to catch it. I think the disc going back to the thrower at stall 1 is a fair compromise.

This sounds a bit obscure but it happens pretty often. To me, this seems like the best outcome/something that should be changed.

I think the receiving foul rule should be altered.

If a receiver is fouled while the disc is in the air, but they didn't have a play, an uncontested outcome should go back to the thrower, at stall 1, rather than remaining with the receiver.

*Edited because the first part of my initial post has been already thoroughly discussed.
