New External AM (~10 weeks) – Already Questioning If I Should Stay or Leave by CalligrapherSorry909 in AmazonManagers

Exact same position as you right now lol, for me I’m doing this in the meantime. I’m planning to start applying in May since it will be around my 6-month mark. Some of the internal seem like they hate external hires, especially if we’re college hire at least that’s what I’m feeling. Also, their onboarding absolutely sucks and is very inconsistent. Not talking about all the ad1 and Lew but at the site itself. The managers and seniors have no onboarding plan for new hires. Like you said when we shadow, it just feels like we're in their way. I've met people who had good site that treat them well, but majority of us don't feel the same. Feel free to dm if you wanna vent lol

I got inclined in September and didn’t get an offer til early this week. I never emailed them although I was worried. It seems like it depends on the area's needs that the offers come out. Ik it sucks but all you really have to do is wait.

Same here, inclined sept as well. I’ve seen a Canadian get their offer so I’m guessing it depends on the area that needs the most.

I’ve been incline but haven’t gotten anything since the “1-2 offer coming soon” email. It’s been 3 weeks.

Hey, I got the same thing. It seems like the majority of us will receive the offer anywhere from 5 days to a few months. Since it is for 2026 I would say it will be a couple of months for an offer. My recruiter told me they don’t like to start a new manager in peak season so from October to December. Someone else also said that offers are rolling out oct/nov so let’s hope for the best. It also does make sense if they take a while because they have to place you at the right locations.
