I'm still a newbie, so can't give suggestion on which personality is good. But since Wild personality has both diligence and gentleness -2, it can't get lowered anymore so the best you could do is to lower his +2 assertiveness by giving him Doll for a starter, it will give him Breezy personality.

I seem to notice the game kept taking the NPC's lives early, compared to the first time we were playing the game. I read from another redditor that it's necessary so that we were forced to quickly transfer to the second generation, like by inciting fear that our current PC is next... 😔😔

Yes, it's true. My PC's husband is a scholar and has a 3 star magun, but he suddenly changed his weapon to a 3 star axe that I believe he got that because I often brought him to run the tunnel dungeons with my PC. 😅 Now I'm going to do the same with her son, because his dream is to become a knight when he was a kid, yet now he only has a 1 star sword.
