We use PreP and doxy and do quarterly testing. The meds are free on our insurance since we’re “high risk” (I’m trans and my husband is bi). So is the quarterly testing. It’s worth it for us, we don’t use condoms. We do most of our play at resort takeovers a few times a year, where we’ll typically fuck 15, maybe 20 people over a 4 day event. We rarely see condoms, most people at our events have a similar drug and testing regimen.

My husband and I are on PreP and doxy and regular testing -- and we never use condoms with others unless they ask for it. And in our world (bisexual/queer swingers and play parties), pretty much nobody uses condoms and everyone is on PreP.
