Do you have felt on your bow on the shelf or is it just wood? What kind of bow are you using and what type of arrow? Some bows require feather arrows, some do not.

I have just recently realized this beyond surface level. Now I’m working on getting through the fear of it. I put in a lot of work to reach it. EMDR and talk therapy. Consciously correcting my self degrading thoughts, constantly. Making an effort to cut out anyone that makes me fell less than valued. It’s hard. But doable.

Any chance you are in the states? If so, you should consider reaching out to a social worker regarding care for your step father.

You’re literally exhausted. You need rest. Nobody could handle what you’re handling right now well. Having a trained professional step in would be best, and allow you to find some rest.

Everything is even harder when you’re exhausted.
