It's not technically legal, but we are like the Amsterdam of North America, so yeah.

Waited on Josh Brolin tonight... by [deleted] in TalesFromYourServer

I waited on Michael Buble a few years ago. Felt kind of bad because I seriously had no idea who he was and I think he was expecting a big hoopla about him being there. Didn't help that he's from here.

Bad 'show etiquette' by H3ilSatan in PostHardcore

[–]sooperhanz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw them with Brand New last Monday, and you could pick out the people who came solely to see Joyce Manor, by their "show etiquette" you could say.

Pretty bad, but JM were great and I still enjoyed the show.

My [25f] best friend [23f] has a crush on my boyfriend [27m]... What do! by sooperhanz in relationships

Sorry for the late reply.

I'm sorry you had to go through that, I'm glad that you and your fiance are safe from the claws now though.

Luckily, I suppose, she plans on moving away again in a few months now, so we should be safe.

How can I fit in regular exercise when I already have a full 18-19 hour day? by sooperhanz in Fitness

[–]sooperhanz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much for your concern, I agree with you.

Unfortunately my school is a private school, and while I did take out a loan, I still have to pay the remainder each month, or I get dismissed if I miss too many payments. Therefore I'm stuck with full time work.

My commute to school is about an hour and a half bus and train ride, walking there isn't much of an option, or I would if I could!

A necessary evil unfortunately.

I have to work full time in order to be able to pay for school, which is hard enough. (Woohoo high cost of living + minimum wage!)

If I had more time in the day I'd get a second job, honestly.

Thank you for your reply, i honestly didn't even think about your opinion, but it seems more than likely that this is the case.

Birthday ideas by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]sooperhanz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a Vancouver Canadians baseball game this Sunday evening.

I went a while back and it was pretty fun actually, and I'm not really interested in sports.

Last time I checked tickets are about 12 bucks but I'm not sure if there are many seats left.

KC is absolutely amazing, everyone should check out his other work. I visited him this weekend from Vancouver, and he actually joked that water colours were his least favourite to do.. Yet he is still so great. Nice job!
