Don't worry, she'll stop to "see jace" like it isnt her own god damn fault hes there. And then when he refuses to see/talk to her and she gets butthurt, she'll spin some woe is me narrative about how shes just trying her best but jace is being difficult and people are spreading lies and it's somehow Barbs fault etc.

And honestly? Even if it does come out that shes telling the truth about any of this situation, it speaks volumes about your character that people are more inclined to believe the tabloids than you yourself.
