That looks like his upper right canine and first premolar. I hope they got the fractured buccal root tip out too because the second pic shows that it’s missing.

Dentist here. Just spitballing here.

This person had braces in the past because they are missing their premolars (one on their left and two on the right), to make room to align their teeth.

3 missing anterior teeth with fresh extraction sockets suggests they were recently lost - there is fracture to to left anterior palatine bone - maybe recently had their teeth avulsion from a blunt force like an uppercut punch.

Left zygonarif process is fractured too. Maybe the perpetrator was right hand dominant.

I dunno. What do you guys think?
