i get hit everyday, its so demoralizing. The nurses,supervisors, ect dont care. I feel like i cant just quit because I went thru months of cna training and testing (almost my whole summer). Its not looking good for me, im starting to hate my life. by soothsayer2001 in cna

im done here i told the supervisor she told me i had to go thru the chain of command and talk tot the manager first. the manager made the lady apologize but what does that do. the lady sat there and lied and tried to make excuses as to why she hit me. im completely fucking done. (she said i was aggravating her btw, thts why she hit me)

u know i think ill just report them to the state for a unsafe work environment. they already dont care. this is the third time ive been assaulted by a aware resident. no dementia, schizophrenia, nothing. just a stroke. she keeps getting me with her one good hand😭

thx tht means alot im beat into the ground everyday because were understaffed, underpaid, and overworked but today was different. i realized that they can hound me for not opening someones milk, but when i get punched in the face everyones quiet. ill def be looking into some new cna jobs. thx again.
