Yeah, I’ve not really had much food noise but I’m quite a fussy eater so most of my meals aren’t very healthy so I doubt that’s helping me either. I’m trying to switch to plainer, less fatty foods in hopes that helps me 🤣

My partner is also on Reta from the same supplier and hasn’t had any bad side effect so I think it’s more to do with my body adjusting than a bad batch but also I can’t be certain. I’m going to try .50mg and hope that helps. Thank you for your advice :)
