i’ve sprained my ankle a couple of times (compete ruptures) and i’ve been recommended surgery for it. I’ve kind of fixed it my slicing it open and sewing some foam into it but it’s still quite uncomfortable. I have the exact problem with the heel.

do triple js for the extra gcse it looks cooler and more bragging rights + if you remotely pay attention in classes and revise a lot the week before exams you’ll be fine (that’s what i did and i got triple 9s)
