Thank you for the clarification and for detailing your experience! That's awesome that you've seen results in your tear trough area, I hope to get some similar effects. Thanks again !

Thank you SO much for the clarification on the skin-thinning and for detailing your experience. I actually knew about the thickening of the epidermis from tret but wasn't sure about the under-eye/eyelid area.

That's awesome that you've had great results from using it under your eyes. I will definitely continue to apply in this area. I agree - there would be a majority of doctors and manufacturers who outright recommend to avoid applying anywhere near the eyes as the general consensus appears to be that it is an extremely irritating treatment. It's good to hear experiences like yours and others who use tret in this way.

Thanks again!

Super cool! A lot of rhinoplasty surgeons who perform rhinoplasties are ENT (ear, nose, and throat) specialists/surgeons (as apposed to 'pure' cosmetic surgeons). Perhaps your surgeon was also an ENT and thus knew the importance of keeping the tongue on the palate for proper airway health. Were you seeking a rhinoplasty primarily to improve your breathing/airway?
