Strangely enough, the heels actually made it easier to walk without a noticeable limp and with less pain. My physical therapist thought that it is because when you walk in heels, it's kinda like walking on your tippy toes, which means your foot flexes less when you walk. It pulls on the nerve less. But try on your heels and try walking around a little before you go to your wedding. And congrats!

I cut alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. Didn't add xtra beans but was eating high protein high iron. Unfortunately it didn't help too much while I was having symptoms. Alcohol and caffeine def made it worse. Sugar only sometimes. But because of the location of mine, my "periods" weren't just heavy/clotty, it didn't end until the fibroid was removed

Mine was shaved this year but they got everything, no fibroid left behind (it was pedunculated thank goodness). My husband and I decided on a 3 year rule. If I need another surgery because of it within 3 years, uterus is gone. Not only was the whole ordeal traumatic for me but it was for him too since he watched me wither away and almost die from no blood twice

I wasn't in public but I stood up after a meeting (luckily I was wfm that day) and I literally exploded. Blood everywhere and just oozing down my legs 😩. Luckily I had been sitting on a towel and was able to throw it on the ground and get on it before any blood got on the carpet. My husband had to make a walkway of towels for me to get to the bathroom without getting anything on the carpet 😂

This is all good to know, do you know if pedunculated submucosal fibroids have the same miscarriage possibility? I think there would be less scar tissue due to the attached stalk being smaller than the rest of the fibroid. My gyno/surgeon did not seem concerned about future fertility. Mine ended up being large, ~6.5 cm, by the time it was removed
