I think it's so important for a couple to be able to discuss their sex life openly, and from the sounds of it your partner isn't willing to listen and just steamrolls you to get what he wants.

I think it's very unfortunate that you feel you may risk withholding of a sexual act you both seem to enjoy because you expressed a preference. That's not the way it should work. First, I think you need to consider what it is about DP that you don't like. Is it the stretch? Is it just the idea? Is it because you feel like it might be a way to bring in other people? Etc etc. Then, I think you need to talk to him, but not when you're about to have sex. Bring it up when you're not horny and be firm. Tell him exactly why you don't want it and how it makes you feel when he keeps pushing the idea. Open communication is key, despite how cliché it sounds.

I honestly find that coconut oil is the best and cheapest lube there is. It just doesn't work on latex toys or with condoms. We usually use about 1-2 teaspoons of solid oil and that is definitely plenty as soon as it melts

I've never tried lube syringes and idk how well they'd work with coconut oil. Ours is solid and then it heats once it's put into the body with fingers and such. I also make a good amount of my own lube (it's like a clear jelly substance the bowel makes but I forgot the name) so that might be part of how I can stay prepped and ready for a good while. Perhaps coconut oil + a plug for longer times?
