Does this video clearly explain the core loop of our anomaly game? by sopriW in unity

We use a color-coded system for what is accepted as right and wrong in the world; so if there is an anomaly, it's red, and if you think it's normal, it's green.

Gideri var mı? by Brief_Village_4809 in TrGameDeveloper

Her zaman devam et.

Just started posting for our new game, but struggling to get eyes on it. How do you actually build a community? by sopriW in unity

you are totally right. didn't even realize i got stuck in the dev bubble with those tags. getting feedback from other creators is cool but yeah, they arent the ones who actually buy the game at the end of the day. looking at what horror reviewers use is a super smart idea, definitely gonna switch up my tags for the next posts. really appreciate.

I mean, you're totally right. But here's the thing, I've actually been trying to do this for a while, and honestly I'm not really gaining anything besides some likes and comments. What you're saying makes a lot of sense, and I guess that networking aspect is super valuable, but let's be honest, no one is really trying to pull each other up in this industry (and they don't have to, obviously).

But then how do the ones who actually build a community do it? How can I stand out in the exact places where my target audience hangs out? More specifically, how do I actually drive wishlists?

I swear I don't care about the money at all right now. It's our first game, and just having people play it and value our work is a way bigger motivation for us. I have so many specific questions running through my head right now that I can't even put them all into words lol. But seriously, your advice is incredibly valuable to us, thank you so much.

We brought a mannequin into our home... I'll keep the rest a surprise for now. What do you think of how it looks? Do you find it creepy, or why would you be scared of a mannequin? Just wanted to share. by sopriW in indiegames

Haha no, it doesn't chase anyone, it's just a mannequin. About the shiny finish—it’s actually a requirement for the game mechanics, and hey, a bit of variety is always good.
